What to Expect

There is a good chance you already know a fair bit about ADHD. You have probably read, listened and watched other people make sense of their lives. What still feels confusing is why your own day to day experience can swing so sharply between โ€œI have got thisโ€ and โ€œWhy is this so hard for me?โ€

This guide is here to give you a clearer picture of your own executive functioning. You will complete a short questionnaire, sketch your personal pattern of strengths and strains, then meet each of the twelve executive skills in plain language, with examples from everyday adult ADHD life. The aim is not to score you or diagnose you. The aim is to help you see the pattern behind your struggles, so you can respond with more accuracy and less blame.

Transformation Stories

Clients often share how coaching helped them break free from perfectionism and the pressure to perform, and how confidence and joy began to replace those feelings.

"Tony has a gift to get to the point with a laser focus, and he manages at the same time to create a safe place for the coachee." Marja

"Tony is extraordinarily supportive, resourceful, knowledgeable, insightful, non-judgemental, knows how to truly listen, and is blessed with seemingly endless intellectual curiosity." Nathalie
